Kevin Devine has confirmed plans to release two new albums this fall. After doubling on his $50,000 Kickstarter goal, the singer-songwriter will release Bulldozer and Bubblegum—“the solo record” and “the Goddamn Band record," respectively—on Oct. 15.
Chuck Inglish, one-half of The Cool Kids, is gearing up for the release of his full-length solo debut Convertibles, due out this fall via his own Sounds Like Fun imprint in conjunction with Dave Sitek's boutique label Federal Prism.
Following its split with Interscope earlier this year, TV on the Radio makes its return this week with a newly released single titled "Mercy." Despite previously suggesting that the group had no immediate plans for a full record, this new cut proves they are ready to release new material in some format.
The Weeknd (aka Abel Tesfaye) has another new track for the world to hear. "Love in the Sky" comes off his forthcoming Kiss Land record, which arrives Sept. 10 via Republic.
