After months of teasing (and a five-year gap since his last record), Patrick Grossi (aka Active Child) has released his new album In Another Life.

The stunning new LP arrived Friday on Sony Music Masterworks, marking his major label debut with his first album in five years. The album includes his standout previously released tracks such as "Weightless," which followed his spellbinding previous single "All Eyes on You," and massive recent track "Set Me Free," the latter of which was released back in October.

"My life has unfurled in such marvelously unexpected ways in these past five years, and it’s filled my work with a sense of real purpose," says Grossi of the new record. "This new album is my first attempt at understanding the wonder and mystery of it all."

Along with the album's released, Active Child has also shared a new video for the title track, seen above, directed by Kanye West and Lizzo collaborator Andy Hines. It's considered the second half of a two-part narrative which began with "Weightless."
