After the release of his album PARTYMOBILE, R&B singer-songwriter PARTYNEXTDOOR presents an animated music video for his track “SAVAGE ANTHEM.” Directed by PIX3LFACE, “SAVAGE ANTHEM” depicts interchanging comic scenes of strip clubs, distraught emotions, and lustful encounters.

After the initial release of “SAVAGE ANTHEM”, fans speculated that the track references PND’s past relationship with singer-songwriter, Kehlani. Regarding the alleged cheating scandal involving NBA guard, Kyrie Irving, Kehlani addressed these speculations in a now-deleted tweet to set the record straight towards’ assumptions, based on his lyrics when he states:

“I heard number two is your man now / Don’t mind me bein’ number two now“

Referring to his #2 jersey at the time when news reports amassed about the drama from PARTYNEXTDOORS’s Instagram post about Kehlani and inferring singles such as “Girl From Oakland” and “Kehlani’s Freestyle.” Despite the rumors and accusations, Kehlani addressed the song in a now-deleted tweet stating it was false assumptions.

In addition to “SAVAGE ANTHEM”, PND has collaborated with DVSN on their track “Friends”, along with Jay Electronica on “The Blinding”, and recently with Trippie Redd for his new single “Excitement”. As PND continues to compose for himself and other artists, the multitude of his talents progress in every aspect for each project.
