Is A$AP Rocky's new album closer than we think? That is the question after the rapper wiped his Instagram feed clean this week and then teased a brief preview of new music.

Rocky on Thursday took to his Instagram story to share a snippet of a new track with the caption, "Testing," leading to speculation it's the first preview of his long-awaited new record.

The emcee revealed in a recent GQ interview he has been working on the album and "testing new sounds." While he's previously maintained a release schedule of every other year, 2017 came and went without a new record, outside of the new A$AP Mob project.

A$AP Rocky's new full-length is one of Variance's Albums to Watch for in 2018. And it definitely seems imminent.
