It appears in addition to having resolved their feud, Kanye West and Kid Cudi are working on new music together.
According to Page Six, the two rappers, who were at odds last year, have been working on a collaborative project in Japan, citing a source with knowledge of their plans. They had recently been photographed with artist Takashi Murakami.
"They’re going to drop some crazy collaboration out of the blue," the source said. "They’re going to drop some surprise project on everybody. They’re recording it now."
Cudi last year took to Twitter, saying he had "so many haters within the industry" and we was about to "crush their existence." He later confirmed he was referring to Ye, Drake and a number of others who "don't give a fuck about me."
West subsequently responded during one of his Saint Pablo Tour shows, seemingly reminding Cudi he should be grateful to have been signed to G.O.O.D. Music. "Never forget that. I'm so hurt," he said, adding: "We two black men in a racist world. I wore skinny jeans first. I got called names before you, bruh. Why y’all coming at me?"
Earlier this week, Kid Cudi announced a fall tour starting next month.
