It appears Lorde is ready to break her silence with new music.
In a newly leaked Republic Records meeting agenda for next Tuesday, Feb. 21, a "confidential title" from Lorde is listed as making pop radio impact on March 7. That would suggest a new single is on the way.
Lorde's label has yet to formally announce anything, but the singer herself made clear back in November her followup to her 2013 debut Heroine is coming very soon.
In a letter to fans at the time, Lorde said her new record consists of "the best [lyrics] I’ve written in my life," noting she felt an "intimate, empire-sized inner power ... then I wrote a record about it."
Lorde's new album is one of Variance's 50 Albums to Watch for in 2017 and she's playing multiple major festivals this year, including Coachella, Bonnaroo and Governors Ball.
A rep for Lorde was not immediately available for comment.
