The winners of the 2017 Golden Globe Awards were announced live Sunday night (Jan. 8) during Jimmy Fallon-hosted ceremony on NBC.
In the film categories, La La Land led the night with a record-breaking seven wins, nabbing trophies in every one of its competing categories. Viola Davis was also a big winner for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for Fences.
Later in the night, Casey Affleck took home his first win for Best Actor in a Drama Motion Picture for Manchester by the Sea, while Moonlight won the final award of the night, for Best Motion Picture — Drama.
In television, FX clearly had a big night, with The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story and Atlanta cleaning up in multiple categories, including a first Globe win for Atlanta star-creator Donald Glover.
