Radiohead Wipes Online Accounts as New Album Looms

With a new album quickly approaching, Radiohead has mysteriously wiped all their online accounts.

As of Sunday, the band's social media accounts—including those of frontman Thom Yorke—and their website have gone white, with their profile pictures and posts all deleted.

Little is known about Radiohead's forthcoming record, but it's rumored to be released in the coming weeks. This latest stunt is likely a sign it will be out sooner rather than later.

On Saturday, some fans reported receiving leaflets with the text, "sing the song of sixpence that goes 'burn the witch,'" a reference to an unreleased Radiohead song from as far back as 13 years ago.

Radiohead begins a tour later this month, including stops at Lollapalooza and Outside Lands.
