How many drinks would it take? Well, Miguel has found out firsthand, having been arrested for a DUI on Thursday morning in Los Angeles.
As TMZ points out, the singer was pulled over by a California Highway Patrol officer around 2:15 a.m. His 2013 BMW X6 was originally cited for speeding and tinted windows, but the officer subsequently noticed the smell of alcohol, prompting a sobriety test, which Miguel failed.
Miguel was arrested and then released after posting $5,000 bail, although he will have to appear in court next month.
