Rapper Doe B was among two people killed early Saturday morning outside a bar in Alabama.

According to the AP, police say the gunfire happened around 1 a.m. about a half-mile north of Alabama State University.

21-year-old Kimberle Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene of the crimes, while 22-year-old Glenn Thomas (aka Doe B) was taken to Baptist Medical Center South, where he was subsequently pronounced dead.

DJ Frank White, manager to Doe B, said the up-and-coming rapper had two young children and another on the way.
