The city of Pasadena has approved a joint Beyoncé and JAY Z show at the Rose Bowl this summer.
According to KTLA, the city council voted unanimously in a special meeting on Tuesday to approve the concert, despite the venue's limit of yearly events having already been reached.
As we previously reported, the music power couple's first tour together, tentatively called the Mr. and Mrs. Carter Tour, is expected to kick off in June and run through August.
Pasadena's city council approved an Aug. 2 date at the Rose Bowl.
