Russ certainly isn't stopping any time soon.

After seemingly releasing new music on a regular basis for the past few years, including his recent song "Best on Earth," he confirmed Tuesday he's releasing a new album at the end of January.

Shake the Snow Globe, his third release on Columbia Records, is coming Jan. 31. According to his label, the record will include "all brand new songs" and will be available for pre-order starting this Friday (Dec. 6).

In addition to the news of the album, Russ today also announced plans for a new tour starting next spring. The first 27 North American dates were announced, with the first stop on May 1 in Seattle leading to a June 28 finish in Russ' hometown of Atlanta.

Full tour information and dates can be found here. It's worth noting, each ticket purchased for a U.S. tour date will also include a CD of the new album.
