After making his return back in December, Sway Clarke is making moves again.

He's clearly not messing around, as evidenced by his new single "Friend Zone," which arrived today and is a perfect Friday jam. It's funky, playful and unapologetically confident, a promising offering as Clarke prepares to take 2018 by storm.

According to artist himself, "this song is about that lovely role you get moved into after your longtime girlfriend leaves you for another dude, but still wants to be friends."

Clark has had our attention for a while now, having previously caught our attention back in 2014 with standout offerings such as "I Don't Need Much" and "Secret Garden." This is his second release since leaving Capitol Records in favor of remaining independent.

Hear "Friend Zone" below or on any digital platform, and stay tuned for more from Sway Clarke in the coming months.
