Vince Staples is closing out the week with the delivery of his heavyweight new album Ramona Park Broke My Heart.

The impressive new release arrived Friday via Blacksmith Recordings / Motown Records, a tribute to the Ramona Park neighborhood in Long Beach where Staples grew up. To celebrate today's release, Staples has also announced Ramona Park Broke My Heart The Musical, a special cinematic performance which will premiere May 1 and 2 on Moment House.

The new album comes during a busy time for Staples, who is currently on the road with Tyler, the Creator and Kali Uchis. Next week, he's set to return to Coachella, the Indio festival which is itself returning from a two-year hiatus because of the recent Covid pandemic.
