Earlier this month, emerging Los Angeles-based artist Colby Lafayette shared his new single "BUMPIN 16'S," the first preview of his upcoming SO BAD EP.
On Tuesday, he returned with another new track called "SO BAD SO WHAT," the latest from the EP. And while the first single was a massive, rowdier listen, this new cut is hazy and moodier, showcasing the versatility of his skillset.
As we previously mentioned, the 24-year-old Boston native has a sound which draws from the likes of BROCKHAMPTON, Odd Future and 99 Neighbours, while bridging influence from rock legends like Jimi Hendrix and Nirvana with his love for genre-bending hop-hop such as Childish Gambino and Kendrick Lamar.
"SO BAD SO WHAT" is out now and the full SO BAD EP arrives on Nov. 17.
