As he continues his rise, Detroit music-maker Yoshi Flower has dropped a gravelly new cut titled "Dirty Water."

Coming ahead of his appearance next month at SXSW, the new song follows an impressive few months for Yoshi, who recently opened for fellow Variance favorites like Dua Lipa and SG Lewis, while having worked with the likes of Rico Nasty and The Neigbourhood frontman Jesse Rutherford.

"'Dirty Water,' love and liquor, dependency, hope. I don't remember writing the song, but I do know these methods of filling some void informed the creation," he says. "We're all like fish swimming along in schools or all alone, as the water gets murkier and the screens get clearer."
