We mentioned Thursday that James Vincent McMorrow was expected to announce North American tour dates in the future. Well, the future is here.

Days ahead of the release of his sophomore album, Post Tropical, McMorrow has unveiled numerous dates, including his previously announced appearance at both weekends of Coachella.

The newly revealed trek kicks off March 17 in Los Angeles, taking him to select major markets, including New York, Chicago, Vancouver and Toronto, among others.

Post Tropical arrives Jan. 14 on Vagrant Records, but it can be streamed now via iTunes.
