Newcomer Ry Jones has dropped his debut single and it's a great one.

Having been raised in Seattle, the London-based artist is showcasing his rich musical influences and his soulful, R&B leanings with his newly released track "Choose," which arrived on Tuesday.

Inspired by the crossroads of "deciding between pursuing what we're truly passionate about and what is expected," Jones says of the new song: "I knew music had to be part of my life. But I want to find a way to make it all work together, bring people together from all fields and perspectives who wouldn’t otherwise. To solve problems and communicate meaning and a message that we couldn’t while we’re all isolated in our own worlds."

Jones co-produced "Choose" alongside Blair MacKichan, who co-wrote Sia's "The Greatest," featuring Kendrick Lamar.
