Emerging California duo slenderbodies have delivered a welcome Tuesday treat in the form of their hypnotic new single "The One."

The track arrived today and it was inspired by "the women in our lives that inspired us or helped us grow, left us in awe or changed our lives," the duo explains of the newly released track.

The new song their recent single "Take You Home," the first preview of their upcoming SORAYA EP, which is expected later this year via indie label Avant Garden, which is also home to fellow Variance favorite Emotional Oranges.

slenderbodies are currently on a European tour supporting Milky Chance before coming stateside for a run of dates, starting in October at Austin City Limits Music Festival.
