Emerging Danish artist KINCK is ready to drop new music this weekend.

She is releasing her second single "Twisted" on Friday (Sept. 21), but the fiery new track is premiering a day early today on Variance. It's the latest preview of her upcoming debut project.

"I [had] been really focused on writing my own material very organically and freeing myself from all the [restraints] that sometimes come in writing pop songs," says KINCK of the new song. "It was about self-love and the inner fight we can have as women learning from [when] we are little girls that our happiness comes second after pleasing the world around us. 'Twisted' is me growing into a self-loving woman."

Occupying a space alongside the likes of FKA twigs and M.I.A., KINCK has been delivering forward-thinking experimental pop with an edge to it. And the new track follows her previously released debut single "Blind Spot."

While the new song is officially out tomorrow via KINCK's own Sad Unicorn Records, it can be be heard below right now.
