Louis the Child is back with new music for your weekend.

The Los Angeles-based production duo on Friday released their springy new track "The City," featuring vocals from Detroit singer Mikael Temrowski (aka Quinn XCII). It's a fuzzy, blissful plea, begging an unnamed significant other not to leave for the big city because there's "no love" there.

"I'm hoping your Uber breaks down on the way," Quinn declares. Man, that's love in 2018.

The new track follows Louis the Child's string of previous releases as well as a number of recent festival appearances. They're currently working on their proper debut album.
