There's a lot of new music out today, as is the case every Friday. But in the top tier of your weekend playlist should be the new EP from emerging alt-pop trio MILKK.

If You're Reading This, I Love You is the second release from the self-described "emo boy band" and it's out now worldwide. It's a crisp, almost too quick four-track project, but it's addictive from start to finish, showcasing a band deserving of mention alongside the likes of LANY, Joan, Lauv and Now, Now.

While the new EP is indeed brief, it's worth noting this is already the second project the band has released this year, following their debut Sad Girls EP, which arrived back in March.

If you're a fan of any of the aforementioned acts, give MILKK a listen. These guys are great and as the heat of summer really kicks in, this new EP is the perfect soundtrack.
