There's a lot of new music out this week. But Australian music-maker Xavier Dunn has delivered quite a treat.

His new Isic Tutor EP arrived Friday and it's a spellbinding five-track offering, from the enchanting opening cut "Well" to the tender closer "Years to Break (F=M)." It's available now via 1825 Records/Atlantic Records. 

Isic Tutor was created over a 12-month period, with Dunn writing all the material as well as playing every instrument and recording it himself. It's described as a "deeply personal" project for the artist.
