Rising duo producer Matt Friedman and Australian singer Scott Mellis (together known as The Brinks) have returned with a sweet new single "Honey."
Coming off a tour last year, the pair has been back in the studio, with the newly released track serving as the first since their 2015 debut EP Temporary Love, a project executively produced by Salaam Remi and Pusha T. It included the standout title track, which was a Variance favorite.
While "Honey" seems to indicate the band is building on their sound, it's a welcome evolution and one that should encourage listeners to keep an eye on these two.
Listen to the new song below and stay tuned for more from The Brinks.
