Seattle artist Nick Weaver has released a motivational new song "Decline."

Contrary to the gloomy title, the song is actually about fighting back, a "personal note of self care and love," according to the emcee-producer.

He says it's specifically about "focusing on your own issues and recognizing when it's time to work on yourself," he explains, adding: "Negative thoughts are a constant battle for us all. I wrote it as a reminder to dig your own way out."

The track, which was produced and engineer by fellow Seattle music maker Sendai Mike, is just the latest effort proving Weaver is one to watch right now.
