With her sophomore album Long Live the Angels out next month, Emeli Sandé has shared a new track "Garden."
Calling it "one of my favorite songs from the album," Sandé recruited Jay Electronica and newcomer Áine Zion for the song, which finds the singer navigating different musical territory than what might be familiar to many fans.
Speaking with BBC Radio 1's Annie Mac as she premiered the track on Thursday, Sandé said of the new song: "I still feel like it's me telling the truth. But kind of showing all sides of me this time, not just ones I feel like are the nice sides."
Long Live the Angels is out Nov. 11 on Capitol Records and "Garden" can be heard below.
