Alicia Keys is keeping the good music coming with her beautiful new track "Blended Family (What You Do For Love)," which features A$AP Rocky.
The very personal song is dedicated to husband Swizz Beatz’s son, Kasseem Dean Jr., from his previous marriage. "I know it started with a little drama," Keys sings. "I hate you had to read it in the paper / But everything’s over with me and your mama / Everybody here you know adores ya."
Rocky also nods to his own blended family, recalling: “I remember having four stepmoms at nine / Loved Christmas time and birthdays was fly.”
Update: Alicia Keys confirmed late Thursday her new, 16-track album will be called Here, out Nov. 4 on RCA Records. It is available now for pre-order.
The song is out now and can be heard below.
