As Toronto duo Jason Couse and Wes Marskell (aka the Darcys) continue their pop evolution, they've delivered a weekend treat with their new single "Coming Up for Air," which arrived Friday. on Wednesday returned with a fresh new sound and a glossy new single "Miracle."

The frothy, brilliantly Beck-ish new cut is the pair's latest preview of their upcoming album Centerfold, which is out Nov. 4 on Arts and Crafts.

As we previously mentioned, The Darcys—formerly a quartet—have shed some of their art-rock layers in favor of shinier pop sounds, but "Air" serves as a reminder that they still have their edge.

“We didn’t sell our guitars to buy synths," drummer Marskell said regarding the new song.
