Following the release of standout tracks, including last year's "She Talks Too Much," rising Los Angeles songstress Elohim returned Wednesday with a fresh, dazzling new single "Hallucinating."

According to the singer, she "often find[s] it difficult to decipher dream state from reality. My brain fully sober is reminiscent of the experiences people have told me about hallucinations."
