New York vocalist Jillian Hervey and producer Lucas Goodman (aka Lion Babe) appeared this week on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show to deliver a radiant on-air cover of "Piece of My Heart," the 1967 track originally recorded by Erma Franklin and made famous by Janis Joplin.

The session comes ahead of the rising duo's performances this month in the U.K., including a sold-out show on May 20 at London Scala.

Lion Babe also covered Curtis Mayfield's "Move on Up" for ESPN's 2015 NFL Draft coverage. That cover can be heard below.
