As if Childish Gambino's single "Sober" wasn't already addicting enough, rising singer-songwriter VÉRITÉ has shared a simply irresistible cover of the track.

It's perhaps an unusual offering from the pop songstress, although it also reinforces the versatility she's demonstrated in her material thus far.

"I really loved the original," the singer said of her inspiration to cover the Gambino track, adding that she "wanted to be able to reimagine it and make it feel like my own. From inception, the process of building out this track was similar to how I build my own."
