Conor Matthews dropped his first new song of the new year on Friday with his latest single, called "Romantic."

The new song is a steamy offering, which Matthews began teasing with audio clips earlier this year on Instagram. It seems to extend a new chapter in the singer-songwriter's career after a run signed to Warner Records. This latest track was released under Hollywood Hillbilly Records, co-written by Matthews and Alex Sacco and Riley Thomas.

It's also probably not a coincidence the artwork for the new track shares a similar theme to Matthews' recent single "Love From," which he released last summer.
