ROSIE on Friday released a new song called "Good For Me." And at first it's heartrending, but it's about much more than that.

As the singer explains, the emotional new track is "about my journey with self-love and how it took me loving and losing someone else to see that I need to find my worth within myself. The song taught me that you can’t feel joy without feeling pain too and that love isn’t linear.”

The song is out today on Arista Records. It comes as she is on a month-long run supporting Jake Scott's North American tour dates.
