They’re back and better than ever! The alt-rock infused quartet, otherwise known as Roseburg, have broken a two and a half year silence with the release of their new single “Alice.” Comprising of Zach Knell, Samuel Sheppard (YesterKid), Keith Lambson (Dryggs) and Soren Buchert, the adrenalised four-piece found their sound in Roseburg, Oregon, and now bring their anthemic sound and likening persona to the ears of many.

With a knack for modern twists and euphoric turns, this single showcases some of their best music to date. Despite being written back when Knell was 16, this single has stood the test of time, and now explores the tales that Roseburg encapsulates so euphorically into every second of their new single. They confide, “We felt the innocence of it was a perfect way to come back to this band after our 2-year-hiatus. All of our new music is meant to feel familiar.”

As they take a step down memory lane, the soaring melodies and gripping choruses they’ve been known to possess come alive. With echoing vocal energy, blaring basslines and simply anthemic energy, “Alice” makes for incredible listening. They continue, “It’s become emblematic of us revisiting our foundation. We’ve gotten to go back to when things were easy and hopeful and full of magic, and we’re ready to bring all that back to our fans.”

Needless to say, Roseburg’s return is a standout success as they stride into their new era for the alternative scene. In a self-confessed “return to innocence and simplicity”, their new offering marks the commencement of their next chapter. We’re set to see much more in the coming months.
