Today, we've got new music from New Zealander Chase Woods, who on Wednesday dropped his new single "Landlords."

It's a hip-hop infused track, with an addictive, soulful melody, produced by Joshua "Shush" Crosland. Following the recent single "Silent Nights" back in August, this new song comes ahead of Woods' upcoming debut Terrace End Tapes EP, which is out Nov. 25.

"'Landlords' is me trying to capture the innocence of the kids that I grew up with," says Woods. "The song's melody is vibrant and upbeat but the lyrics are about hard times and what comes with growing up. Landlords is a time capsule of my childhood."
