Nashville artist Adam Roth (aka Deathcruiser) on Wednesday released his self-titled debut EP.

The five-song Deathcruiser project is anchored by the previously released opening track "Life Number Two," a breathtaking collaboration featuring fellow Nashville singer-songwriter Lydia Luce, as well as the Springsteen-esque standout "Night on Fire" and the rousing, epic closer "Night Machine."

“This experiment has become more than what I intended it to be,” says Roth of the new EP. “It started as a nod to how we’re all cruising towards a final ending, but it has grown to represent my way of countering the hatestream that seems to be intensifying around us and in us every day.”

Speaking directly about "Night on Fire," Roth says: "It's a call to arms, to keep the fires of personal liberty burning despite who you are, where you are, or what you stand for. Just stand for something. Everybody's got a reason to fight.”

While just five tracks, it's such a vivid display of Roth's musicianship, and it's sure to leave listeners anxious for more.
