Following the announcement of the first single from his upcoming new album, Come Home the Kids Miss You, due May 6, Louisville’s Jack Harlow has released his newest single titled “First Class."

The new track comes after Harlow teased snippets across social media garnering highly-anticipated reactions from listeners. Sampling Fergie’s 2007 hit “Glamorous,” this single has already generated a viral presence on TikTok after Harlow shared a video of himself previewing the song. The song displays Harlow’s charismatic delivery and suaveness regarding the luxurious lifestyle that he’s capable of providing as he’s earned his way.  

Regarding the sound from his upcoming album, Harlow said in an interview with Rolling Stone: “My new shit is much more serious. Right now, my message is letting muh’fuckers know I love hip-hop, and I’m one of the best in my generation. You can’t do that with nonchalant, like, ‘Eeey, I got the bitches,’ in clever ways over and over again. I got to dig deeper this time.”

Receiving praise from Drake and Kanye West among others, the Derby City native has shown his progression and capabilities in the industry to go from a class one of the rap games' must-listens to one of its most prominent superstars.
