Hippo Campus is back with a new album today, and they're also going back to their early years for inspiration.

The new record, simply titled LP3, finds the group leaning in on the very early days when they were still in high school, recapturing that early spark and magic to recreate what they feel is their strongest record to date.

The album examines themes of young adulthood and how personal identity fits into a larger camaraderie. The record instantly feels like a special project, and it's definitely worth the listen.

Of course, Hippo Campus is also on tour in support of the album.
