Rick Ross is back!

Rozay released a new song called "Outlawz" on Friday. The collaboration featuring 21 Savage and Jazmine Sullivan is the first single from the rapper's upcoming 11th album Richer Than I Ever Been, which is out Dec. 10 via Maybach Music Group/Epic Records.
