Country singer-songwriter Walker Hayes has teamed up with Grammy-nominated artist Kesha on the remix of his hit single “Fancy Like," originally released back in June on his Country Stuff EP.
Produced by Hayes himself along with Joe Thibodeau and Shane McAnally, “Fancy Like” incorporates an upbeat country mixed with pop themes, as the song’s influence comes from Hayes' family and their quality time spent together and memories shared referencing dates at Applebees, country-related activities, and driving Vespas over Teslas.
Hayes announced their collaboration via his Instagram account captioning: “It’s going down…I’m yelling timber… I do words for a living and I don’t even [know] how to communicate my excitement."
