Tee Grizzley has released an emotional new song called "Mr. Officer," a compelling offering which features a powerful hook from Queen Naija along with backing by the children of the Detroit Youth Choir.

The song arrives as protests continue across the country following the death of George Floyd. And the moment is certainly not lost on Tee.

"I got a million experiences I can touch on in my music, but I couldn’t make another song without speaking on what’s going on," he says. "I’m not a politician or activist but right now it’s everybody’s job to speak up because the pain, the struggle for equality and the brutality is real."

In addition to the song itself, Tee Grizzley has donated $10,000 to both Victory Management Homes and the Horatio Williams Foundation.
