They might be stuck at home, but that isn't keeping Yes Please down. The duo has just released a new single called "White Knuckles," an upbeat offering which follows a string of recent releases.

The Variance favorites shared the new track on Tuesday, acknowledging it's "not a social distance anthem" but it's the latest track they've been working on. They've also been giving regular quarantine updates.

"The song is a definite leap towards a more traditional pop sound," says the duo, noting the track draws elements of hip hop and funk as well. They say that's a preview of what to expect from their upcoming project.

The new music follows their recent standout track "All the Time," which was released back in the fall, as well as their their 2019 Good Manners, Bad Taste EP, which arrived last May.

As we previously mentioned, Yes Please is an up-and-coming singer-producer pair made up of Matt Miggz and apob, who have been friends since childhood and began making music at 10 years old. They've worked together and separately in the music industry with the likes of Mac Miller, Mike Dean, Ro Ransom and Travis Scott.
