The 1975's "Me & You Together Song" is finally here. And if it seems as if you've been waiting a year for it arrive, some fans really have been waiting that long, as a glimpse of the song title first surfaced last February on Matty Healy's Instagram Story.

The track arrived Thursday in its official format, after the band first debuted the song on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show along with an in-studio performance of the track.

But it also comes after news the band is delaying their album release. Their long-teased Notes On A Conditional Form will arrive on April 24 instead of in February, Healy confirmed Monday.

Healy shared on Instagram that the band is still finishing up the new record. Explaining he's "really proud" of the forthcoming record, he also said he intends to release four more songs before the LP, with "Me & You" being the first of those.

In addition to the new song, The 1975 also today confirmed plans for a spring North American tour. The dates can be seen here.
