Toronto-based artist Chris Toufexis (aka nodisco.) is aiming to make his mark in 2020, and today he's kicking things off with his new single "Moonlight in My Bedroom."

The infectious track is out Friday but he's premiering it today on Variance, his second release after his recent debut single "Thoughts from Your Car." The new track definitely has some Lauv meets St. Lucia vibes to it, despite the inspiration of the song being the discussion of a breakup.

"I was watching a lot of Dawson's Creek at the time," quips Toufexis. "I loved the wardrobe, the over dramatization, the angst... I felt like it was made for me. I like to think of 'Moonlight' as my personal score for an episode."
