Some artists apparently aren't sticking to the typical Friday release schedule—and that's just great. The latest such example is Slow Hollows, which dropped their third full-length album Actors on Wednesday.
It's the Los Angeles-based four-piece's first project since their 2016 album Romantic, and it includes their recent, Tyler, the Creator-produced track "Heart." Overall, the 12-track set is a mesmerizing listen.
It finds the group exploring new sounds and confronting personal insecurities while working with a handful of collaborators such as the aforementioned Tyler feature, in addition to singer Ryan Beatty, Grizzly Bear's Chris Taylor and Bjorn Yttling.
Slow Hollows have also announced a headlining tour starting in January as well as their upcoming North American dates alongside The Neighbourhood.
