With his debut EP coming soon, emerging Toronto artist Freddie Future has released a simmering new track "Like It Never Happened."

As we previously mentioned, his debut EP, titled FF, is expected this summer. And this is the latest preview of that project, which he describes as "accountability embodied, a pledge to grow – as a person, as a partner, and as a friend."

Regarding the new song specifically, he says: "[It's] ultimately about going from lovers to complete strangers. The saddest part of all is not even acknowledging that your love had ever existed. The realization that you need to give the person you love their own space can be devastating, but by letting them breathe and live their own life you are showing that you truly do care for them."
