U.K. music maker Nick Wilson is getting ready to release his new single "Let Me Hold You."

While the stirring new track arrives Thursday, he is giving Variance an early listen today, offering fans a glimpse of his haunting vocals and what is actually a rather emotional cut.

"I wrote let me hold you about the moment at the end of an argument with someone you love," says Wilson of the new song. "I think a lot of us tend to push things too far just because the person we’re fighting with means so much to us, and this song is about wanting to forget it and just hold them. It’s the song equivalent of 'we’re better than this and I love you.'"
