After hinting at new music, it seems Lil Uzi Vert is ready to start sharing new material.

His new song "Free Uzi" made its way to the web today, with an accompanying video. He had previously teased the track on Instagram, following reports he had signed with Roc Nation.

It's not yet clear the status of Uzi's relationship with his label Atlantic Records, which is said to have called today's release "not official." There has not yet been a formal press announcement about the song.

Interestingly, as of this writing, "Free Uzi" is not available on popular streaming services, except Tidal, which, like Roc Nation, is helmed by Jay-Z. Also, the track's copyright notice simply states, "Lil Uzi Vert," whereas his previous releases were linked to Atlantic Recording Corporation and Warner Music Group Company.
