Today, we've got a treat from Canadian-Ghanaian artist AKUA, who has released her new song "Righteous Way."

The spellbinding new cut comes as a preview of the singer's upcoming debut album Them Spirits, which is being self-released on March 27. According to AKUA, she wrote the track after the death of her father as a virtue to live by in the absence of his wisdom.

Not surprisingly, AKUA has previously collaborated with or lent her voice to the likes of Robyn, Kindness, Dean Blunt and Solange, the latter of whose influence seems to be threaded into the new song.
