Cero Ismael is proving he's definitely one to watch with his second single "The Conversation."

The 19-year-old Netherlands-based crooner is following his stunning debut "Insane," which was released earlier this summer, with his new track, which comes with an accompanying set of visuals.

The alt-R&B singer wrote the new offering while reflecting back on difficult moments of discussion from the past year.
